Binthe Biluhuta is a typical Gorontalo dish which is also called “Milu Siram”. This word is Gorontalo language, namely Binthe / Milu, which means corn, while Biluhuta means watering / spraying. In addition to corn-based foods, there are also some spices as flavouring, for example like fish that torn to pieces, shrimp, coconut, leeks, basil leaves, shallots and lime.
