Tili'aya
Tili’aya is a cake from Gorontalo that use brown sugar as their main ingredient. The brown sugar used has been mashed first by combing and then mixed with other simple ingredient such as salt, coconut milk and chicken eggs. It’s certainly sweet because it’s dominant with brown sugar. However, this traditional wet cake also has a savory flavor thanks to the addition of coconut milk in ingredient mixture.
